NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that Freeborn County ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BID for TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS will be published on the Freeborn County Highway Department Website located at
https://www.co.freeborn.mn.us/534/Advertisements-Bids-Quotes-and-Proposals
Minnesota Statute 331A.12 allows for publication of advertisement for bids for county highway projects on the county website instead of the being published in the official newspaper. The advertisements for bid posted to the website will be in the same form and will provide the same information as notices previously published in the official newspaper. Perspective bidders and residents can access the advertisements for free and subscribe to receive notifications when new projects are posted.
The Freeborn County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.

This will be the only published notice for Freeborn County transportation projects in 2026 unless project specific funding requires otherwise.
