NOTICE FOR FILING AFFIDAVITS OF CANDIDACY FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that affidavits of candidacy will be accepted by Albert Lea City Clerk Daphney Maras, located at City Hall, 221 E. Clark Street, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on May 19, 2026, and ending at 5:00 p.m. on June 2, 2026, for the following municipal offices:

Four-Year Term
Beginning January 1, 2027
Expiring December 31, 2030

The City Clerk’s office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in observance of Memorial Day.
