NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON VACATION OF EASEMENT IN SUMMERDALE TOWNHOMES FIRST SUBDIVISION & SUMMER DALE ADDITION PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. § 412.851
The City of Albert Lea will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2026 in the City Center Council Chambers, 221 Clark Street East, in the City of Albert Lea, Minnesota, to consider a proposed vacation of Summerdale Townhomes First Subdivision and Summer Dale Addition located within the City of Albert Lea, Freeborn County, Minnesota, and legally described as:
All that part of Lots 2, 3, and 4 inclusively, Block 6, Summer Dale Addition, which was dedicated as an easement over, under and across the northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 4, and the southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 2 and 3, Block 6, Summer Dale Addition, of said plat recorded in the Office of the Freeborn County Recorder, Freeborn County, Minnesota.
Persons wishing to be heard regarding the vacation of the easement will be heard at the address and time noted above. If unable to attend, written testimony may be offered and should be given to the Council Secretary prior to 5 p.m. the day of the hearing.
