NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATING EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC ROADWAY AND STREET PURPOSES, AND ANY ASSOCIATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Albert Lea City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2026 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Albert Lea City Council Chambers located at 221 E. Clark Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007, to consider the following:
Vacation of the Easement and any drainage and utility easements located within the Easement area described as:
Property previously described as Auditor’s Plat No. 3, now locally known as the Blazing Star No. 3 Plat (Torrens Certificate No. 10359), being a re-plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of Blazing Star No. 2, and being a part of Government Lot 2, in Section 9, Township 102 North, Range 21 West for purposes of housing, commercial, and possible retail development.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing before the meeting.
