NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF EASEMENTS FOR UNDERGROUND SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN PIPELINE, DRAINAGE AND UTILITY, AND STREET AND ROADWAY

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Albert Lea City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2026 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Albert Lea City Council Chambers located at 221 E. Clark Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007, to consider the following:
Vacation of Easement for constructing and maintaining an underground sanitary sewer and watermain pipe in Home Addition, described as:
All that portion of Pillsbury Avenue lying South of a line drawn from the southernmost tip of Lot 5, Block 36 of Auditor’s Plat No. 3 of the City of Albert Lea, to the Northwest corner of Lot 8, Block 37 of Auditor’s Plat No. 3 to the City of Albert Lea;
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing before the meeting.
