NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF EASEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTING AND MAINTAINING UNDERGROUND SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN PIPELINE

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the Albert Lea City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 28, 2026 at or after 7:00 p.m. at the Albert Lea City Council Chambers located at 221 E. Clark Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007, to consider the following:
Vacation of Easement for constructing and maintaining an underground sanitary sewer and watermain pipe in Home Addition, described as:
Property was part of Third Home Addition and is now locally known as the Blazing Star No. 3 Plat, being a re-plat of Lot 1, Block 1 of Blazing Star No. 2, being a part of Auditor’s Plat No. 3 (Torrens Certificate No. 10359) and being a part of Government Lot 2, in Section 9, Township 102 North, Range 21 West; and
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing before the meeting.
