PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF POSSESSION OF ABANDONED PROPERTY.
The personal property located at 711 Larimore Circle, Albert Lea, MN, more particularly described as North American 1083 14x70 1971 manufactured home, has been abandoned for over six months within Albert Lea Estates Mobile Home Community. It is in the possession of the owner of that community, POH LLC. Please take notice that, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §345.75, ownership of the property will transfer to POH LLC on March 18, 2026.
