NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the County Sheriff`s office Law Enforcement Center Conference Room, 411 South Broadway, Albert Lea, Minnesota, 56007, the Sheriff of Freeborn County will sell to the highest bidder for cash at public auction the real property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, also West 20 feet of Lot 2, in Block 7 in Village (now City) of Alden, Minnesota, according to the revised and consolidated plat of said Village (now City) recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds (now County Recorder) of Freeborn County, Minnesota
Property Address: 110 Lincoln Ave, Alden, MN 56009
This sale is directed by, and will be made pursuant to the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment and Decree entered in the above-entitled action on November 10, 2025, and describing the real property to be sold, in order to satisfy the judgment found due and owing to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, subject to redemption rights as determined by the court. A certified copy of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment and Judgment and Decree has been delivered to the office of the Freeborn County Sheriff, and is attached.
