NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF THE ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 1 OF THE NELSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GLENVILLE, MN DESCRIBED AS ALLEY BETWEEN 2ND AVE NW AND 3RD AVE NW RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH FROM 2ND ST NW TO 3RD ST NW. PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the City Council of Glenville on the 28TH day of September, 2026, in the City Hall located at 221 West Main Street, Glenville, MN 56036 at 6:30 pm to consider a proposed vacation of alley located in Block 1 of the Nelson Addition to the City of Glenville, MN described as alley between 2nd Ave NW and 3rd Ave NW running north and south from 2nd St NW to 3rd St NW.
